This week in our social and cultural activity we have taken a culinary trip to Galicia, a region on the north of Spain.

We have learnt about the fantastic dishes it has to offer, the wines and the sights and traditions.

 

 

We enjoyed empanada, queso de tetilla and Tarta de Santiago. We tasted some Ribeiro wine and some Turbio.

We learnt about the Camino de Santiago and Finisterre

But best of all we practiced our Spanish and met some new friends.
